LOI/SPA/APA
We facilitate the process of reaching a signed Letter of Intent (LOI), Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), or Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) by working closely with both the seller and buyer.
Transition
Collaborating with both the buyer and the seller, we strive to ensure a seamless operational transition for your business.
Closing
The scheduled date for transaction closure.
